Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program

Welcome to our ACGME-accredited University of Tennessee Health Science Center-Nashville Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program! Our mission is to train leaders in the field of Cardiovascular Disease who are prepared to improve the cardiovascular health and well-being of Tennesseans, including the health of vulnerable populations in both rural and urban settings. Graduates of the program will accomplish this goal through compassionate clinical care, patient advocacy, and transformational clinical research.

Our fellows will train within Ascension Saint Thomas Heart, a leader in cardiovascular care throughout Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky, on the Midtown and West campuses of Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital. We offer a comprehensive program, which encompasses the core disciplines of cardiology as well as the transformational multi-disciplinary areas such as advanced heart failure and heart transplant, structural heart disease, advanced imaging, cardio-oncology, and cardio-obstetrics.
